Priming Sugar and muslin bags HOPS SCHEDULE; 1 oz Citra Hops;for 60 minutes.2 oz Mosaic Hops;at flameoutINSTRUCTIONSPrepare Equipment:Sanitize all brewing equipment thoroughly.Steep Specialty Grains:Heat 2.5 gallons of water to 155°F.Steep Flaked Oats and Carapils Malt for 20 minutes. Remove grains.Boil the Wort:Add 6 lbs Light DME and 1 oz Citra Hops. Boil for 60 minutes.Add 1 tsp Irish Moss and 0.5 tsp Yeast Energizer with 15 minutes remaining.Add 2 oz Mosaic Hops at flameout.Ferment with Dry Hop:Cool wort to 68°F and top off to 5 gallons.
