Do not touch the glass bulb with your hands as oils from skin can damage the bulb. Gently clean the glass if accidentally touched.
The bulb is compatible with the 120V, 24V, and 230V Speedlight power supplies. The power supply converts the voltage into the proper voltage to power the light.
If your bulb does not light, the power supply is likely bad and needs replacement. These bulbs don't typically "burn out" like a standard lightbulb would, they lose UV intensity after 9000 hours / 1 year of constant running, and should be replaced at that point.
Do not touch the glass part of the bulb with your hands as oils from skin can damage the bulb. Gently clean the glass if accidentally touched.
